Charleston ranks as one of the top five vacation destinations in the country; Charleston magazine is one of the top ten best-selling magazines in Barnes & Noble nationwide. To make a presence in this highly popular (and expensive) magazine affordable, M3 suggested a co-op approach to Belle Hall Shopping Center. This approach extended media dollars and strengthened the communication of the ads, providing rotating focus on a single tenant while highlighting others.
